Chicken soup

INGREDIENTS:


Chicken - 100g
Onion - 1/2
Tomato - 1
Water - 21/2tblr
Salt - to taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Soup podi - 2sp


METHOD:

  • Cut chicken to small pieces.
  • Slice onion and tomatoes lengthwise.
  • In a cooker add oil and when heated add onion and cook till it is light brown.
  • Now add tomatoes and when it is soft add all the remaining ingredients and close the cooker.
  • Pressure cook it for 2 whistles.
  • Hot peppery chicken soup is ready to serve.

NOTE:


With mutton leg pieces it will be really good and tasty.
